Preventative Pest Control

• 2–3 treatments per year (Spring, Summer, and Fall) to disrupt pest lifecycle and prevent seasonal infestations.

• Each treatment remains effective for approximately 2–3 months, though weather, water, and sun exposure can impact longevity.

• Our treatments use EPA – approved products, applied by licensed and trained professionals for safe and effective results.

To ensure the best application and protection, we ask that homeowners:

• Close all windows and doors before the service begins.

• Remove or cover items that they do not want to be treated.

• ​Note that we commonly treat patio furniture, planters, and outdoor spaces – our treatment is safe for flowers, but edible plants should be covered, so our technician knows where to avoid spraying.

• All people and pets must remain indoors or away from the treated area until the application is fully dry.

• Avoid washing any treated surfaces to maintain effectiveness.

• Cleaning windows is fine, as it does not interfere with the treatments residual effect.
